HOT HOT H.E.A.T

Today it's Halloween or at least I think it's today. We don't celebrate it that much now since the boys are grown up. We are going to Norrtalje today with our very good friends K and J. In Norrtalje we will go home to our friends J and A for a drink and after that we are going to my favourite restaurant Ett Glas, which in English is One Glass, where we will have dinner. This is actually my birthdaygift from them and I really love the thought. So J is coming home to us in the afternoon and we will have some coffee before we go. He is to be our driver tonight so that we can have a drink and some wine. That is so nice. E has promised to "babysit" our dog Hilma. The weather is really grey, rainy and dull. On the positive side is that I light candles in the afternoon and evening and this is so cosy I think. I love that especially with scented candles. Yesterday night I went, once again, to Vasteras airport to fetch the guys after their gig in Nottingham. I was of course too early so I actually got a chance to go shopping in Halla (I think it was called) before going to the airport. The guys arrived in time as well as Eric who had been standing in for Kenny. Kenny had to undergo heartsurgery on Friday and weren't allowed to perform just 2 days after. But he's better and luckily it wasn't any big surgery and they discovered the problem in time before anything worse would have happen. Get well soon Kenny. Their next gig isn't until November 7 so plenty of time to recover. Anyway the band had a great time although of course missing Kenny. I won't tell too much because I hope they will themselves on their tourdiary so check in there and see what happened. Rather late night that was and now I'm feeling quite sleepy. Tomorrow I'm going to my sister, it's time for my anual teeth check :-) Sleep well and sweet

Today H.E.A.T went to Nottingham to play at Firefest V. I took 4 of them to the airport in Vasteras which is 1 1/2 hour from Upplands Väsby. I really love these guys. They are so polite, nice and always seems to have a lot of fun together. This is at a McDonalds in Vasteras before their departure. I hope everything goes well despite the troubles they have had the last couple of days. Other than that a quiet Saturday with a bit of sunshine and quite nice weather 11C. Yesterday J and his girlfriend M stayed overnight with us and we all including E saw Idol. I think the best one is Kevin, no doubt about it, but also Robin E is very good and he's a good friend of J. Among the girls I like Alice and I loved Loulou but unfortunately she was voted off yesterday. What I don't like is the fact that the jury and the people for that matter voted Johan Palm into the finals. and payday. Not that there is anything left after that you have paid all the bills. I don't know where all the money goes. Is there anyone that knows? This weekend is going to be calm, I think. I'm just taking parts of H.E.A.T to the airport in Vasteras where they are taking the plane to Nottingham and Firefest. Nothing else planned and that's nice. I really need to calm down I think. Maybe take a walk with Hilma if the weather is fine or even better maybe give her a bath. I have started packing at work which is very sad. I go through old papers and files and I get a bit nostalgic. It's many years, 26, that I'm throwing away. I don't feel it yet but I think when the last day come December 30 and I close the door to my room for the last time, I'm sure I will cry. But first there will be parties to bid farewell. It's Monday again! Have you noticed? It was Friday and I had a lovely time and then it's Monday? Well, actually it was a Sunday between (and also a Saturday but I was too tired then). We had J and M over for dinner. E was here too of course. J had ordered Quiche Lorraine, homemade of course, and I made 2 and there was nothing left today. I did give them lunch boxes as well. It was nice seeing J and M again. They hadn't been here since my birthday but he's so busy with touring and playing so that's why and I can understand that. Every Monday my Rheumatic association has Qigong and self massage. We meet at our office in Sollentuna and have 1 1/2 hour of training. This is harder than you can believe especially since we all have different kind of rheumatic diseases. But we have a lot of fun and everyone participate from their own ability. Have you ever been on one you know what I'm talking about. For you others who haven't yet experienced this I can tell you it's 2500 women and 0 men in the au dience. But on stage there is only men and what men!! One goodlooking guy after another. When we arrived we had champagne and white wine and different kinds of shellfish which wasn't that good but we ate and drank and had fun. For dessert we had a wonderful chocolatecake with raspberrysauce. During dinner Daniel Da Silva taught us to dance Marengo and Disco from the 80s. A lot of fun when everyone stood up and danced. Another week has gone by and boy did it fly. I don't know why days are so short nowadays. Since I last wrote I've been on a course to learn how to make a homepage. It was fun but my head was dizzy after a day in front of the computer. Otherwise nothing much happened except for the ordinary. Well one thing did happen. The man who has been investigating if my work could have another company or some kind of cooperation take over it. But suddenly, when it was on the table of the Goverment, they realized it wasn't legal to do so. Have I said that before? When they first came up with that idea I said: Can you do that without offering to EU. We do have a law with the EU which says that everyone within it can give offers on this kind of business. So now, that was that! No hope left! We are to close on December 31 and not return. The whole SRSA College of Rosersberg will be no more. This is so sad I think. What's happened since last I wrote. Let me see. I had my birthday dinner which was very nice. I got a lot of flowers and from H I got a diamond ring. From my friends K, J, J and A I got a dinner in the most wonderful place in Norrtalje. They have the best chantarelle soap I've ever tasted so this will really be a treat. Our granddaughter L has gone to Washington DC for a year. She work as aupair and from the sound of it she really likes it. I attended a course last weekend with two other members of the Rheumatic association. We went to Nynashamn at www.nynasgarden.se a lovely place with wonderful food. The course was to learn how to run an association and what roles you have in one like secretary, chairman etc. It was really educational and it was extra valuble that we were several from the same association. What more, I've started QiGong again. It's very good and the QiGong we have is the medicine one. It's held at the rheumatic association and we are actually 10
