HOT HOT H.E.A.T

We had a lovely celebration of Emil's birthday last Sunday. All the boys came over, Mandy sadly worked and couldn't be here, and we had a great lunch together. Emil This picture is taken last Sunday :-) and as you can see it's very sunny.  After that it has been raining a LOT and today is no exception. It has rained since this morning and it's cold. One day this week it was -2C in the morning!! In May!  That is not OK! I sure hope it will have sort of rained off now so we get nice weather on Saturday when we have the Hagaparkday. OK, the weekend started out very well. We came home from Helsinki on Saturday and had a great night home in peace and quiet. Sunday I started cooking rather early in the morning. I treated my co-workers to a warm sandwichcake which I invented there and then. Lunch I took sandwiches which I cut the edges off. Then placed 15 of them on a baking paper on a oven plate. On the first layer I made a filling out of chantarelle cheese (soft), creme fraiche and creme fraiche with mushroms. The second filling was: 1 kg of ground beef, 2-3 onions, 3-4 mushroms. I fried these together until it was soft and done ;-) Then I sprinkled 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of Chinese soy sauce (not the Japanese ones, it's too thin), 2-3 dl of whipped cream and then water and spices. I used salt, white peppar, black peppar, chiliflakes (not too much) but you can take what you like.  The texture should be firm but spreadable. This Thursday started out with lots of snowing in the morning which gradually swifted to rain. I have just been out with Hilma for her latenightwalk and it was really pouring down. Otherwise kind of calm day. I went to the Rheumatic assocation where we packed the last dispatch for 2009. In this we included the program for the rest of the year and the start of 2010. Also invitation to the Christmas-party on December 12 and, very early, the invitation to come with us to Jurmala Spa in Latvia in May/June. We are inviting this early to give our members a chance to save up for the trip since it cost a bit of money. But on the other hand we get a lot for that money including 2 treatments a day. As usual I sat down to watch "A place in the sun" at 5.50PM and as usual I fell asleep and woke up at 7 :-) Now I'm still tired so it shouldn't be a problem sleeping (I hope). Tomorrow it's Friday and time for "fredagsmys" and Idol. Looking forward to that. Have a good ...
