Julbord is like a Swedish smorgasbord just more Christmas. Like we have our big thing which is Christmas Ham and that is a must! Also spare ribs, janssons frestelse (Jansson's temptation which doesn't tempt me) and so much more. Of course meatballs, herring, desserts and candy. Just a small part of the julbord I was invited to the Viking line (cruise line) to attend their premier julbord together with other VIP's. This was for me + one. So my friend I also on my board with the Rheumatic ass. went. It was grand, it was tasty and I couldn't do it justice at all. I'm sorry but smorgasbord or julbord is not for me. I can't eat that much so I just take the things I like on one plate. Then I take a little plate for desserts. But most people can go 3,4,5,6,7 or more times and take more.
