HOT HOT H.E.A.T

Our Christmas tree covered in snow. Can you see it's still snowing? It's so nice that we let it stay there for a while longer :-) Yesterday we had class 2 warning on our weather. Apparantly there had been a hurricane over Scotland that came to us. We weren't the hardest to be hit by it, but on the Swedish west coast there were floodings by the sea. When it is weather like this it's so nice to stay inside and just cuddle up in the sofa reading a good book or watching some film you have wanted to see for a long time or like me be on the computer telling you about the weather ;-) Of course I cook as well. Like last night we were kind of froozen so I made a lovely Jerusalem artichoke soup. It was so good and warmed us. Today I'm making a roast pork with mashed potatoes and carrots.
