HOT HOT H.E.A.T

Today has been a rather calm day which is nice. I started my day fasting since I was to take all these bloodtests on an empty stomach. So I came to work as usual at 06.40 and our nurse at work came 07.30 so I went down 5 minutes early that way I was the first in line. Afterwards I took a walk back to my room and had breakfast. Isn't it silly really that you can't, at least I can't, go without having breakfast. I always get a headache if I don't eat in the morning. Anyone else has the same problem? You should think it doesn't matter but it does. I don't know if I have told you about my work place. It's not one building where we all sit but we are spread over a large bit of land. We used to be even bigger but we left the castle itself a couple of years ago. OK now I have been trying to copy a map over the area into my blog but I haven't succeded so I will try to describe it instead.
