HOT HOT H.E.A.T

I haven't had time to write for a while, as usual ;-) I have been busy with this and that. Me after visit to my hairstylist Since I last wrote I have been to my hairstylist, long overdue.  A rainy and foggy Malmo Last Friday and Saturday we had the Chairmen conference at Rosersberg and straightly after that I went to the Stockholm Central station to catch a train for Malmo where I attended a course in my economic program. Came home late Tuesday night. Up working, as usual, at 04.30. In the afternoon it was time for my flu shot, my Mekobalamin and Pneumonia shot so 3 at once. The next day, Thursday, I was supposed to go to Norrtalje for some treatment but I was a bit fiverish, after the shots probably, so we changed that to November instead. I don't know if you have seen the exciting news about H.E.A.T? They are to release their new album "Tearing down the walls" in April and their first singel will come out already in February :-) They have also released some dates for touring including a Swedish tour in April, a big concert in Madrid in March where they will support one of my favorite bands - Scorpions. Who doesn't love "Wind of change", "Send me and angel" and many more. I would have love to be there but the tickets were already sold out :-( They will also go to USA and Chicago to headline the Melodic Rockfest. It's also their first ever concert in USA. They will also headline Firefest in Nottingham in October. What's more they have been nominated as best live act 2013 by The Rock fusion award.  Vote here! Although I wasn't there it feels like I was :-) I have heard so much about it through my Facebook friends and also friends and family who actually were there. Tomorrow I'm going to the Royal Opera with my good friend C and we will enjoy Mozart's Magic flute. On Sunday me and Helen are going to visit Mom and Dad (at the cemetery) to light candles for them and see how the stone turned out. I wish you all a wonderful weekend :-)

 H.E.A.T in Nottingham I haven't been writing since October 6 and that is because I have been making all education material I needed for October 19. It has taken me almost 2 weeks in the time I have before I become too tired to do anything.  Gorgeous photo of H.E.A.T What has happened since last then? H.E.A.T came home from China on Tuesday night and then went again on Friday - this time to Nottingham and Firefest where they played for the 4th time. They made a huge success :-) and as always they give their all on stage. (No I wasn't there :-( but I wish I had been) Now they are back again but will head out to France next weekend to play a big festival :-) I'm so glad Jonas get to do this while he's young. He gets to see and experience so much. October 10 I was in Norrtälje for treatment by my very good friend and afterwards, as always, a lunch by the sea. Since I last wrote I have been to the 100-year party in Gävle which was on, probably, the hottest day of the year - 31C and this time it's on the plus-side ;-) Good food, drinks, laughter, singing and dancing. It was a great night. We stayed the night at a hotel since the house already was overcrowded with family and friends sleeping over. Work again Monday until Wednesday and then on Wednesday afternoon I and Helen put our Mom to the final rest besides Olle. It was a very tender and fine moment when we placed the urn in the grave. We also planted a rose on the grave. After that we went to Ulriksdal's Inn where we had a nice dinner while overlooking a horsepadock and a lake which is right by the Inn. The Inn is actually in the same spot as Ulriksdal castle and is a gorgeous place. After eating I gave Helen a gift since she turned 50 the next day. Can't believe my little beautiful sister is 50. Suzan, Jonas, Crash and Kenny eating Japanes style. This week really started off well. Our students arrived on Monday and then my boss said: Do you want to take your class now? I wasn't prepared at all so I said I'll do it tomorrow. I had done all the powerpoint pictures, I just needed to collect myself I suppose. I don't know why I was nervous but I suppose we all are in a situation like that. Take in consideration also that I have never taught Economy or Marketing before although it is my line of work but that's not the same thing. But it did went well. In the morning when the students came I was in my apron making sandwiches for the morning coffebreak when I just said: Now it's time for some Economy and I throw my apron and went into the classroom :-) Quite funny actually. As I said it went well. How do I know that? Well, they asked a lot of questions, noone fell asleep and those are good signs :-) As I think I told you before Jonas and H.E.A.T arrived safely hom...

I forgot to tell you that H.E.A.T made a huge success in Tokyo when playing at Loud Park 09. There were around 10 000 people watching them and everyone sang and knew the lyrics to the songs. From the sound of it they have had a great time there and will return home tomorrow evening. Just to stay for a few days before leaving for Nottingham and Firefest. Then they will play in Norrköping October 30th and I'm hoping I can go there and see them. I haven't seen them now for a while and that should be nice.
