Yes, H.E.A.T is one of 5 groups nominated which is a great honor but now we need to vote so they win as well. Rockbjörnen (The Rock bear) is a big prize here in Sweden and it's founded by the biggest evening paper here. You can vote here: VOTE H.E.A.T What more? Well, I worked last week with enormous pains but managed until Wednesday (I'm off work Thursdays and Fridays) but that evening pain struck more than ever. I have no idea what's wrong. I had so much pain in my right groin and it was so painful I could hardly walk. Not to mention sleep. It was almost impossible even to lie down. I once had bloodpoisoning in my foot and this felt the same in the groin like that time. The only thing I could see was my damn achilles tendon that looked inflamed. On Friday it was worst than ever and I had a meeting with the jubilee committe.   Sunset at sea First day at work after a wonderful vacation. The centrum of the ship at Captain's welcoming party We returned home on Saturday after our gorgeous cruise around the Baltic Sea where we got to visit Helsinki, St Petersburg, Riga, Gdynia, Sopot, Gdansk and Visby before returning to Stockholm. We had, just like last time, a junior suite with a big balcony. Compared to other ships this balcony is huge and was in frequent use by us, both mornings and nights. Tomorrow there are two big events going on. First and formost it's H.E.A.T on TV4 progam "Sommarkrysset" which airs 8PM (Swedish time) Unfortunately me and Hasse will then be onboard the ship Vision of the Seas and might not be able to see it. We will watch it when we come home on TV4 play :-) I'm so looking forward to our cruise where we will go to some interesting places - Helsinki, St Petersburg, Riga, Gdansk and last but not least Visby :-) Some we have been to before but some are completely new to us. This is the kind of suite we are having onboard. Nice don't you think? I do hope the weather will be a bit better than it has been the last days. Thunder, rain, thunder, humid, a little bit of sunshine - my head doesn't like this at all!! Nor does my body and my Sjogren's :-( I will bring my IPad and maybe I can place some photos on FB if I'm lucky :-) Until then have a great time and take care!

 I'm much better in my hand now and my breast so I'm able to write more. It's always been easier on the computer but took forever. The photo above of the gorgeous sunset is taken on Saturday night from the window at our hotel room. Yes, we have been at it again. Our favorite hotel but first we went on a ships visit to Holland America lines ship - Eurodaam. It's a huge ship but very nice and if I may say with a kind of calmness. I loved it and this might be the ship we will go on next time. We were given coffee when entering onboard. Then we got a tour around the ship with the DJ onboard. Of course I gave him a hint about the best Melodic Rock band - H.E.A.T :-)  Hasse and in the background the start After the tour we were invited to lunch - a 4 course meal with wine!
