HOT HOT H.E.A.T

We have had really nice weather this week, so far, and it's now getting almost too hot, at least for me. Today we reached 30C and since we don't have any aircond it's not easy to be in the house. Therefore it's nicer to drive :-) Yesterday me and Jona went down to see my Mom. She has been very ill and since Jona is out touring he wanted to go there because you never know when it's going to be the last time. Funny enough she was quite cheerful and recognized Jona as the one playing and asked if he was out playing. She doesn't remember names but she does know our faces. I love this photo of my Mom and Jona. It's really love and they both looks so happy :-) We sat with her for a couple of hours chatting away mostly about old times. It was very nice. Afterwards we went to Danniel and had lunch together all three of us. Jona and I also did some shopping before heading home. It's fullmoon on Thursday and I can feel it already. Do you ever feel it? For me it's getting hard to sleep the whole night through, I have trouble falling asleep, I get headaches, I sweat more like coldsweat, I sometimes get dizzy and sometimes I'm shaky. I know friends of mine that often get nosebleed when it's fullmoon. No warewolf though :-) H.E.A.T is touring all over Sweden. Last Thursday they were in Luleå, on Saturday in Hunnebostrand which is on the west coast and the distance between those two are 1264 km!! On Friday they are back on the West Coast and on Saturday in Tranås. So a lot of travelling but they like it. Today was our grandchild's birthday. She's not really our grandchild but has adopted us :-) We went to her afternoon-party by the pool and it was a beautiful day with sunshine and rather warm temperature. I had bought her a giftcard to H&M and a pendant with the Gotland rose and also a pair of earrings with small hearts on them. She was very happy for the gifts. We had coffee with lots of cockies which Tanya and Tracy had baked themselves. Inger had made the cake which was topped with strawberries and an eatable photo of E.M.D! Well, I don't know what all the fuss is about them but apparantly little girls love them. After that all kids went into the pool. What a night, what a day! It started out real bad with grey skies and rainshowers. We arrived at Skansen about 3PM and we went to restaurant Solliden to have lunch, the Swedish smorgasbord :-). Together with us were Kenny's parents Carina and Matz we ate good and listened to the soundchecks by, among the other artists, H.E.A.T. After meeting with Mandy, Sofie, Johanna, Minna and Johanna's fiancé Jonas (yes, same name but different person) Kristian (H.E.A.T's biggest fan) and his girlfriend Rebecka we sat down and waited for us to go in. There was a special entrance for us VIP's. When we came in we had designated places and in our bench we were 5 so rather crowded (they are only meant for 4) but there had been some misunderstanding so that's why but it all went well. Tomorrow it's time! Time for what you might ask? Well, for 20 years now Hasse and I have been talking about going to Skansen and be a part of the audience at Allsång (Singalong) which we love. Now finally it's time. H.E.A.T performs live at Allsång which is broadcasted by Swedish Television chanel 1 www.svt.se/play I'm very excited and I so hope that the weather will be decent at least. I have to pray tonight for good weather but with this summer we have had you can never tell. Anyway Hasse and I have booked table at Solliden restaurant and will eat there at 3PM and by doing that we can also watch the final rehearsal which is said to be very good. We are of course many from the H.E.A.T family there and it's always nice to meet. I will take some photos and share with you afterwards. I hope you're all having a great time wherever you are :-)

Today me, Hasse and Hilma went down to Årsta havsbad where Sofie has her summer house. It was really nice and situated on top of a hill with great views. Jona, Mandy, Johanna, Minna, Eva and of course Sofie greated us when we arrived. They had made a delicious pastasallat and to that walnutbread. You who know me knows that I love walnuts, :-). After lunch we had coffee with "lovemums" I had made and brought. Huge success. Minna is so cute and as always with a baby around everything concentrates to the child. She's such a lovely and happy baby. She laughs a lot and "talks" all the time. She was very interested in Hilma and turned so she could see her. Time really flew like it does when you're having a good time and much too soon Jona said we had to go home because he had rehearsal at 6. So first we drove Mandy home. Then we fetched Eric, one of the guitarists and took them to their rehearsal place. Crash was already there which you could here when we arrived...

We had just a wonderful trip to Dalarna. The weather was the best and that was something we couldn't be sure of after the heavily raining that had been going on the last week in Dalarna. We arrived to Tällbergsgården at 1PM and we got this wonderful suite overlooking Lake Siljan and with a huge terrace which was our own. We also had a jaccuzzi in the room as well as rainshower. It was decorated absolutely fabolous and to our taste. The only thing was that it was so hot when we came back from Dalhalla at 1AM that we had to have the terracedoor opened for a while to cool it down. Rhapsody in Rock was great. I thought this year that Robert Wells had a slightly worse group of artists because there weren't these huge wellknown ones but boy was I wrong. The comic was so funny and really to the point. The orchestra was outstanding and the sound perfect. You could really hear the music and the different instruments as well as the singer. I have, after been to several festivals and conc...
