Not long now....

Before H.E.A.T release their album "Tearing down the walls" AND I'm off to Los Angeles, La Mirada.
Both the same day ;-)

I have worked so hard these past few days so I will be all finished at work with both invoicing and our salaries. I’m right now on track and I do hope I will stay that way.

What I haven’t done is start packing! I will probably do it the night before I go J I basically know what I will take with me and I only pack for nice weather ;-) and hopefully we will have nice weather.

I’m going to my doctor tomorrow so I have all medicines I need. Also I will get the result of the blood tests we took last week. After that I will go to the Rheumatic association where we will have media training as well as statutory meeting. Not at the same time though ;-) but after one another.

We wanted to have the media training since this year is the “super election year” in Sweden. We will elect for the EU-parliament as well as to our Swedish parliament. That will give us an excellent chance to have our important issues heard by the politicians. So we are planning several meetings and started last year with meetings with one politician from every party.

Now it’s time for bed. It’s a long day tomorrow.

And yes I forgot. Monday it’s Hasse’s birthday and the 17th it’s Jonas. So on Sunday we will celebrate both here with a good lunch. All the boys and Mandy are coming. That will be so nice.

Talk to you later. Have a good day or night wherever you are.

WOW!!! I just have to say Wow!

Why do you ask? I just got a mail telling me that I have won a romantic trip to Paris for 2! I enrolled in this competition, last year, which was to write a slogan and I had forgot all about it when the mail came. I didn't remember it even then so I had to go to the site and see what it was :-) I'm so happy! and so is Hasse :-) We had a great Easter which started with a wonderful ballet, Giselle, at the Royal Opera with my friend Carina. We are going again tomorrow to see Puccinis Turandot :-) The next day Easter Day we went to Gavle and this time we actually stayed at a hotel, Elite Grand hotel. A newly opened hotel, March 1, where we had the executive suite. What a suite! I have to show you some photos. One of the best suites I've ever stayed in!   The suite taken from the "living-room area"  From the "cosy" area with wood burning stove   Our "little" bathroom with green marble Part of the bedroom What do yo...

Christmas gift

For Christmas I got a giftcard to Amazon.com from my sister Jo. It was a real treat to go to the site, explore and find something to buy. There are so many things there and it's hard to choose. For me, leaving in Sweden, it's a bit easier. I just cross the square that says "ships to Sweden" and I get all the things I can order. My choice was Bliss socks and a big bottle of Dermalogica body cream. They came today and I'm so happy. So once again a big thank you big sis for the generous gift.

BIRTHDAY, H.E.A.T, E.R and more...

Some of the wonderful flowers I got And some more Last week didn't start out well. On Monday I woke up and could hardly walk. I had such pain every step I tried to take. But off to work anyway. Tuesday even worse so I went to the doctor's office and asked to borrow crutches. Wednesday at work jumping on crutches, that must have been a sight ;-) But when I came home from work Wednesday I had fever so I went to bed quite early but didn't sleep well because of the constant pain. Thursday morning I woke up and had fever so I called the hospital and they said I had to go to the E.R. I hate that and if I can I always try to avoid it. But I was in so much pain I had to. I came and after a while they took bloodtests, urine and then I sat in a kind of smallish room. After being there for about 3 hours a doctor came and said I probably should see and orthopedic and not a medicine doctor. After one more hour another doctor came and said my bloodtest showed I had an i...
