And now what...?


Me last week when we packed the goodiebags


It's been almost a week since the big jubilee and today we went to Tre Rosor to have a debriefing. It's kind of sad that we won't be going there regularly now. It's also empty. I have lived with all the planning, lists, contacts with people everywhere and thanks to that it was a huge success but what shall I do now?

It's also sad that I won't be seeing my co-members Ingvor and Turid that often now. We do meet at the meetings but it's not the same since there are so many others there. We have to form a kind of party committee I think ;-) We talked about that today and we will suggest that to the board.

Today would have been the 80th birthday of my Dad Olle but he's in heaven and having a great party I think :-)

Tomorrow I'm going to my sister Helen's practice. I have an abcess over a tooth and that isn't very nice :-( so now I have to go.

Then this weekend I will se my Mom. It has been two weeks since I have been so busy with the jubilee.

Next week I'm going to see my friend Anne in Norrtälje for treatments and lunch. It has been too long since we met so I'm really happy about it.


Then next Saturday it's  -  MY BIRTHDAY!! I love birthdays. I'm not one of those who doesn't celebrate. I celebrate with joy mine AND all other birthdays.

I'm having my children over with girlfriend for some BBQ I think (if the weather is OK which we never know here in Sweden).

The weekend after that Helen and I are going to Norrköping to see "The best of Rock and Pop" with my friends Peter and Matilda (who played at the jubilee) and also Nina and Tommy Nilsson. That will be great I think. We will stay overnight since it's a bit far.


The weekend after that we are having conference Friday-Saturday and I'm also going to the Opera that Saturday.

So although I don't have the jubilee I still fill my days :-) And of course I work.
On Tuesday we are actually having an After Work where we will learn how to make Momos which is like dumplings but from Nepal.

Peter and his wife Toshimi. A lovely couple. Me and Helen before the show. LADIES NIGHT Yesterday me and my sister H went to Uppsala to see Ladies night. Have you ever been on one you know what I'm talking about. For you others who haven't yet experienced this I can tell you it's 2500 women and 0 men in the au dience. But on stage there is only men and what men!! One goodlooking guy after another. When we arrived we had champagne and white wine and different kinds of shellfish which wasn't that good but we ate and drank and had fun. For dessert we had a wonderful chocolatecake with raspberrysauce. During dinner Daniel Da Silva taught us to dance Marengo and Disco from the 80s. A lot of fun when everyone stood up and danced. After that a songcompetition and singalong. Finally at 9 the main event. Peter Stormare, Martin Stenmarck and Henrik Hjelt entered the stage. A 2 hour show with full steem all the way. Anyone??

I wonder if anyone can see and read my blogg? I haven't had any comments in so long that's why I ask. Erik didn't win a Grammy last night but he had a blast and he and his fiancé looked just great! Another Swede, Ludwig Göransson, won 3 prices though. Congrats to him.

Sibbarpsrevyn, Ballon dance and conference

My sister Jo sent me this link to a very funny performance by Sibbarpsrevyn. How she can find this in LA I don't know ;-) Watch and enjoy :-) Sibbarpsrevyn   I will send something right back to her and that is our famous "The Ballon dance" The original was with Lars Åberg, Sven Melander and one other which I don't remember. They performed in a TV-show called Nöjesmaskinen "The Enterteinment machine" and was so funny. This version which I found on youtube is from a show called Diggiloo that performs outdoors in the summer all over Sweden. And as you can see we have this wonderful summer weather here ;-) This was, I think, 3 years ago and we must have had a very rainy summer.
