H.E.A.T, Hotel, plans

H.E.A.T is to inaugarate a new high school/library/music school/cultural centre in Upplands Väsby on Saturday 27th. At 1200 they will cut the band and at 4.30PM they will play aucustic in the entrance.
Myself I'm at a conference in Nacka with the Rheumatic association that day but I will leave earlier at 3PM so I will get to Väsby in time to hear them play. I wouldn't miss it for the world. It has been so long since I heard them play :-)

Since I last wrote I have been to Norrtälje to my friend Anne which was so nice, as always. Then last Friday I worked for a while and also had massage at work :-) After that a meeting with the information committee (Rheumatic association).

On Thursday evening Hasse said: Why don't we book at the hotel by the sea where we stayed in July. I had so many points that I had a free night to collect. I called but I thought it was to close and that they wouldn't have any room BUT I got a DeLuxe seaview room Saturday to Sunday. So Saturday morning we first went to see my Mom. It wasn't one of her best days. In fact she slept almost all the time we were there. But I think she heard us because sometimes she would say like yes or like agreeing.
Then off to Danniel's home where we had lunch. Very nice and it was so nice seeing him. He is so good now. Has stopped drinking Coca Cola, he walks several km almost every day and he trains at a gym. That's the way to go Danniel <3

Then off to the hotel where we got this gorgeous room overlooking Gröna Lund and Old Town in Stockholm. The plan was to take the boat into town but the weather was so bad. It rained all day so I said: can't we just stay here? And so we did. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so goood!!! I had fish and Chablis and Hasse an omelett with extremely tasty salad. Then we went up to the room and as the night went on the weather cleared up and we could enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Next morning after breakfast we took a long walk and "climbed" a hill which on the top is called Fåfängan (the Folly) and has the most beautiful view of Stockholm and the sea entrance to Stockholm.
Then back to the hotel for lunch and after checking out late we went back home.

On Tuesday I went to see Helen, who is also my dentist, and she looked at my teeth but there was nothing major to do which made me sigh of relief ;-)

Did I tell you about the trip to London we're going to do with my work. It's a work-trip but Saturday night we all wanted to see a musical and I have succeeded in getting tickets to Phantom of the Opera who is celebrating its 25th year in London. I have seen it twice before in London but in March next year the leadrole of the Phantom will be played by a Swedish artist, Peter Jöback. I'm so lucky I got the tickets because as I was sitting online trying to get them just waiting the tickets were sold out! Crazy.

Monday is Mandy's 20th birthday which is big here in Sweden because that is the year you are allowed to buy alcohol in the Systembolaget (the Swedish Alcohol Retailing Monopoly) so Hasse and I are going there to celebrate her in the afternoon.

Anyone??

I wonder if anyone can see and read my blogg? I haven't had any comments in so long that's why I ask. Erik didn't win a Grammy last night but he had a blast and he and his fiancé looked just great! Another Swede, Ludwig Göransson, won 3 prices though. Congrats to him.

Hello December

This month started with a tax education, yeah :-) in Uppsala. Since we don't have a goverment yet due to the chaotic political scene after the election, no one actually knows what's going to happen with taxes. It's just guesses. The day after we had Christmas celebration at the Rheumatic district of Stockholm. It was a lot of fun, good food and nice to meet everyone :-) And on Saturday it was time for Christmas lunch with my own Rheumatic local association. We were around 30 members incl. Eddie and Mandy. We had a lot of good food and we had the party at a local hotel here in Väsby in Bredden. There were two other children there so I bought them each a Christmas gift and they were very happy for what they got from the Rheumatic Santa Claus. Me decorating a board member with a honoray sign Eddie and the palm tree Some of the Christmas bord I haven't been feeling well for a couple of months. I have had fever now and then, headache, runny nose, ey...

New month and new challenges

Since I last wrote I have had boardmeeting at my work where I sit on the board. I have had audit for the Rheumatic association which went well.  We have also had our first of the year member meeting and the theme this time was Fibromyalgia and Morbus Dercum (a rare disease) and as usual I made a good healthy soup and to that we serve bread, cheese, water, coffee with something sweet too.   They don't look that happy but we had just eaten and it's serioud matters we discuss I have also had audit at work which also went very well and is extremely early. I have attended a board meeting with the Rheumatic assocation district Stockholm. I went to my hairstylist since it was long overdue. My hairstylist has truly became a very good and dear friend. We have similar backgrounds and we have children that are artists. Her daughter is a singer and show host on one of the cruise ships on the Baltic Sea and I have Jonas. We have so much fun toghether she and I and we have eve...
