Do you remember I told you about the cooking kind of competition we have at work? Each of us cook for the others on Mondays and after a round everyone votes. We score from 0-10 points. This round I won :-)
Did I tell you what I did? I called it a "Little crayfishparty" because all of the ingredients for a crayfishparty was there without having to peal the crayfishes yourself. It was pie with Västerbotten cheese and potatoe, which we have to go with the crayfishes. Then crayfishtails and shrimps and lots of dill. Then a wonderful salat made of salat, of course, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, fetacheese, lemon and corn. Very good if I may say so myself. After that I had baked a kind of cookie with a crisp top.
It looked a bit like this but not quite because I didn't do individual pies and I also had a lot of salat but you get the idea.
Tomorrow we are going to Värmdö to a party held by my predecessor. That should be nice :-)
