Today I was to meet my former co-worker for a coffeedate. Well that is we wanted to meet and chat about what has happened since we saw each other the last time. We decided to meet outside our mall and while I stood there waiting for her I suddenly saw Eric and Stina. Eric is guitarist in H.E.A.T and Stina his girlfriend.
I knew the band was going to rehearse so Eric was on the way to that. While we were standing there chatting Lotta came and a few minutes later another of our fomer co-workers came. We had no idea she was there but when she heard we were going to have coffee she wanted to come too.
I presented them to Eric and Stina and then Eric was off. Stina was to wait for Jossa who is the girlfriend of the other guitarist, Dave.
We went to Waynes coffee in the mall and had a lovely time catching up with peoples whereabouts. One was pregnant, two had got married, one had got a new job etc etc. Very nice and a lot of laughters too.
Suddenly Jossa and Stina came and they sat down a couple of tables behind us and after a while Karin who is Jimmy's girlfriend (the bassplayer) joined them. Both Karin and Jossa came to say hello to me first which I think is so nice.
We sat there for 1 1/2 hour and then we all needed to go. I had to go and get some medicine from the pharmacy and they had to go home.
After I had been to the pharmacy I was on my way home when I suddenly saw a couple of friends from the Rheumatic association. I went to say hello and it turned out that one of them, Carole, had her birthday today. They too wanted me to have some coffee with them but I said I just had that.
I did go and buy a birthday gift for her and then once again went to Waynes coffee where they were sitting. This time I didn't drink anything though.
I'm still not quite over the cold from last week but it's going in the right direction.
Time to go to bed now. The evenings seems to be very late now when I don't have to get up so early. At the moment I'm reading the last book in the trilogy by Stieg Larsson so it takes a while before I go to sleep. Need to read one or two chapters before.
