OK now we are here and we have just had dinner. The rest of the gang is at Lakerol arena where H is playing icehockey match tonight. I stayed home with Hilma and because of that I can also watch Idol which I like.
H.E.A.T is playing tonight in Halmstad together with Sabaton. Once again Nils Molin will sing with them since Kenny isn't fully recovered yet. Hopefully he will be back this coming week.
L had made a wonderful dish for dinner and here's the recipe:
Chicken with mango chutney
1 kg chicken fillet
3 dl cream (lightly whipped)
1 dl mango chutney original
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
1 tablespoon curry
2 garlic clover
1 sliced pepper (can be excluded)
Wholemeal rice
Fry the chicken fillet (or use a ready grilled). Boil the rice and mix the rice with the sliced chickenfillet and pepper. Stir cream, mango chutney and the spices and pour over. Cover with cheese and place in 225C oven for about 15 minutes.
I promise you that this is delicious.
