Having dinner at O'Learys

And another one. We had a room to ourselves :-)
Saturday me and Hasse went to a rock concert at Tyrol, Gröna Lund, which of course featured H.E.A.T.
Reading the menu
We were 15 or 16 family members from the families which had dinner together before the gig.
A very nice time and a chance to catch up since we haven't seen each other for a long time. That is all together I mean.

After dinner we went to Tyrol and I bought a T-shirt for Hasse (it was really for me but he liked it so much I gave it to him).
The show started and what a show it was! They really gave their all and many of the songs from the new album "Tearing down the walls" was in the set.
I love them! They should really play an arena with
20 000 when they sing Tearing down the walls. What an anthem that is!

They also seemed to have real fun up there both together and with the audience which is great I think. We met many H.E.A.T fans there and something that was real special is how far people will travel to see them. There was a girl from their Japanese record label that came from Tokyo to see them! There was a girl from Brazil (I think it was) and so on.

Today they went to Berlin where they start their European tour. This bus will be their home for the tour. They will play in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands and England this time.

On Sunday all the boys and Mandy came for lunch. It was so nice to be able to gather them all. We had pulled pork with all the things that goes with it. Very good. And for dessert frozen cheese cake and presents from USA.
They were all quite happy with the things I bought even though one or two T-shirts switched owners ;-)
Mandy, Jonas, Emil and Danniel

This week is really busy. Tomorrow seminar with politicians, Friday and Saturday conference. Saturday afternoon celebrating Emil's birthday with BBQ.
Have a good week and take care!

BIRTHDAY, H.E.A.T, E.R and more...

Some of the wonderful flowers I got And some more Last week didn't start out well. On Monday I woke up and could hardly walk. I had such pain every step I tried to take. But off to work anyway. Tuesday even worse so I went to the doctor's office and asked to borrow crutches. Wednesday at work jumping on crutches, that must have been a sight ;-) But when I came home from work Wednesday I had fever so I went to bed quite early but didn't sleep well because of the constant pain. Thursday morning I woke up and had fever so I called the hospital and they said I had to go to the E.R. I hate that and if I can I always try to avoid it. But I was in so much pain I had to. I came and after a while they took bloodtests, urine and then I sat in a kind of smallish room. After being there for about 3 hours a doctor came and said I probably should see and orthopedic and not a medicine doctor. After one more hour another doctor came and said my bloodtest showed I had an i...

Recap of the week

This week meant a lot to do and I'm afraid I haven't taken the time to write here :-( But here's a recap of what has happened. Monday and Tuesday not very much but I was so, so tired and my joints does not like this weather at all. I have so much pain especially in my hands and fingers which makes it hard even to write here.  On Wednesday I went to Norrtälje to my good friend Anne for some treatment, which was very much needed, lots of chat and also a very good lunch. It's always a pleasure to see her and we have so much to talk about all the time. A true friend who I'm so grateful of having. Next day it was time for work and after that directly to the working committe in the Rheumatic association. Afterwards also meeting in the foundation, where we grant money to people who have applied, and fulfill the rules of the statues. When driving home again at night, it's so dark now and I hate driving in the dark, there was an accident with a big truck a...
