What a wonderful day

It has been a wonderful day with sunshine on a clearblue sky and temp in the sunshine around 20C. How can you be anything else but happy about that?

Otherwise a calm day and really nothing to do, just relax. We did do Melodikrysset which we do every Saturday morning and have been doing that for at least 7 years.

After that K and T came. They were out driving the Studebaker cab and had a pitstop here for coffee which was very nice.

Tonight I'm going to watch Babben & Co on TV. I really like that show and next week my favourites are going to be on. Who they are? Well H.E.A.T of course but also Peter Stormare :-)

I hope tomorrow will bring as good weather as today. See you :-)

  1. It's a crossword which you find in magazines or online. It's also a radioshow where you are given the questions for the crossword so everything is music hense the name Melodikrysset which roughly means: The Melody crossword.
It's fun and we love to compete me and Hasse and see who knows most. It's melodies both from way back then and what's on the charts now so something for everyone. (1 hour show)
Have J and M arrived yet? I wish you all a very Happy Easter and lots of eggs for Tristan (or is he too big now for that?)
    Love you :-)

BIRTHDAY, H.E.A.T, E.R and more...

Some of the wonderful flowers I got And some more Last week didn't start out well. On Monday I woke up and could hardly walk. I had such pain every step I tried to take. But off to work anyway. Tuesday even worse so I went to the doctor's office and asked to borrow crutches. Wednesday at work jumping on crutches, that must have been a sight ;-) But when I came home from work Wednesday I had fever so I went to bed quite early but didn't sleep well because of the constant pain. Thursday morning I woke up and had fever so I called the hospital and they said I had to go to the E.R. I hate that and if I can I always try to avoid it. But I was in so much pain I had to. I came and after a while they took bloodtests, urine and then I sat in a kind of smallish room. After being there for about 3 hours a doctor came and said I probably should see and orthopedic and not a medicine doctor. After one more hour another doctor came and said my bloodtest showed I had an i...

Recap of the week

This week meant a lot to do and I'm afraid I haven't taken the time to write here :-( But here's a recap of what has happened. Monday and Tuesday not very much but I was so, so tired and my joints does not like this weather at all. I have so much pain especially in my hands and fingers which makes it hard even to write here.  On Wednesday I went to Norrtälje to my good friend Anne for some treatment, which was very much needed, lots of chat and also a very good lunch. It's always a pleasure to see her and we have so much to talk about all the time. A true friend who I'm so grateful of having. Next day it was time for work and after that directly to the working committe in the Rheumatic association. Afterwards also meeting in the foundation, where we grant money to people who have applied, and fulfill the rules of the statues. When driving home again at night, it's so dark now and I hate driving in the dark, there was an accident with a big truck a...

Christmas gift

For Christmas I got a giftcard to Amazon.com from my sister Jo. It was a real treat to go to the site, explore and find something to buy. There are so many things there and it's hard to choose. For me, leaving in Sweden, it's a bit easier. I just cross the square that says "ships to Sweden" and I get all the things I can order. My choice was Bliss socks and a big bottle of Dermalogica body cream. They came today and I'm so happy. So once again a big thank you big sis for the generous gift.
