Sourdough bread

This is the result of my baking yesterday. Well, one of them at least. The other one is almost eaten up.

The bread was really delicious, if I may say so myself. But Hasse agrees :-)

It took a good 5 hours to make 2 of them but it was all worth it.

 I can also report that the hamburgers, yes I decided to go with burgers, were delicious as well. What a difference to the ground beef you buy in the stores, at least here in Sweden. The ground beef I made smelled and tasted like real meat. I'm not sure what they grind in the stores but I know exactly what I grinded and that was pure meat and the fat in it.

I'm sorry but I don't have any photos of them but I can assure you they were good.

Now I'm soon off to the planning day with the Rheumatic association.
