Weekend is over

Saturday I went to my good friend I for dinner with her, K and T. Their son (our "adoptive" grandson) stayed overnight with H and I was suppose to stay overnight at their house after being at the club. We had a wonderful dinner which K had made, homemade bearnaisesauce, grilled vegetables, grilles oxfillet and pomme duchesse. It was gorgeous and to that we was served wine. For dessert crepes filled with berries stirred with chocolate. Topped with chocalate and grilled in the oven and served with icecream, yummie. After that around 10.30 PM it was time to go to the club which is just a couple of hundred meters from their house. Inside there were so many people and I think I knew most of them. Why did we go there? Well, it was H.E.A.T's gig in homage to their hometown. They had support by a band called Denied who played metal and it was very hard and I didn't like it. Finally around midnight H.E.A.T took the stage and it was so crowded and so warm. I had a big man stan

H.E.A.T is NUMBER ONE (1) IN TWO MAJOR TOPLISTS

That was the most exciting news this week. They are number 1 on RixFM's toplist and number 1 on Mix Megapol's top 20-list. The Trackslist isn't revealed until tomorrow so we have to wait and see where they are on that list. These are the major lists in Sweden and the ones where people votes. This week has otherwise been crazy! On Monday I went to see a surgeon and they are going to operate me later this year. After that we had a homestaging person here to see our house. Very interesting and she was very nice and actually works with Simon and Tomas from Design Simon and Tomas on TV3. That night I went to Skavsta airport to pick up our rockstars from H.E.A.T that had been touring in England for a week and have made a huge success I might add. The plane was scheduled at 22.50 but arrived at 23.17 which was very late. On our way back we, of course, had to stop for the bridge in Sodertalje that opened around 1 AM. I then drove Eric to his home in Kista, then Crash in Sollentuna

Who will be number 5000?

Is it you that will be reader number 5000? It would be interesting to know who breaks the number. Let me know and I might have a surprise for you :-) Off to my doctor now. Talk to you later on this snowy day.

H.E.A.T sails up to a 2nd place on the top 20-chart!!

I just had to share this with you. Can you believe this? They said on the radiochannel, Mix Megapol, that this was the first time ever a newcomer had climbed this high the first week!! I'm just so proud of you guys but you knew that before didn't you? Today I went to see Mom and O, they are doing fine although Mom do have difficulties when she wants to tell you something. It's hard for her to find the words. It's so sad to see. She always used to be the center of attention at any party or travel we did. It's easier for her to remember the "old" days so I try to talk about that when I visit and then she lit up and talks a lot. O alway go with me and I think he likes it too. I'm going to buy him a new TV since he watch TV all the time and the one he has is way too old. After I've visited them I went up to see D. I also had a sandwich to eat while there. Then back home to H who is sick. He even went to the doctor yesterday and for him to go to a doc t

Back to normal ?!

Well it's back to normal again after these crazy weeks with Melodifestivalen. It has been so much fun to travel with the guys although very much in the background. I have been so proud of them and I still am of course. I think they did a great job. H.E.A.T is now in England for a minitour 5 cities in 6 days! That's a lot. Then next Saturday I will see them here in Upplands Vasby and the tickets is sold out so a lot of people will be there. This week we had a meeting with new members at the Rheumatic association. It was very nice and it actually turned up more people than we thought, so we will do that again but not now. Maybe in August or September. Yesterday I spent almost the whole day in Norrtalje. It was such a beautiful weather, the sun was shining and you could feel spring in the air. I always get happier when the sun shines. I was of course to my very good friend A and got treatment but this time I also had a friend from the Rheumatic association with me. She was there f

H.E.A.T in Väsby centrum

The day after the night before (that was yesterday) H.E.A.T played in both Tumba and Vasby centrum. They did a wonderful version, aucustic, of 1000 miles with Jona on chorus. The municipality really truly showed their appreciation as well as the center (or mayby you could call it a small mall). The baker made a special H.E.A.T cake. See photo. They also sold smaller versions of this cake and I of course bought a couple to take home. HEAT PLAYS 1000 MILES AUCUSTIC Back to ordinary routines again although H.E.A.T is going on a minitour to England on Thursday. To all of you out there: KEEP ON DREAMING!

Melodifestival final in the Globe

H.E.A.T didn't won but they did a great job and in fact I think they had the best show and song. But people didn't vote and that's sad. There were a lot of trouble when voting though. I sent textmessages but they didn't got through. I called and a voice said the number didn't excist ?!?! Then I got a message wrong number ?!! What was that all about so I wonder how many couldn't come through. I suppose it would have been the same for more numbers but strange. I won't say more about that but they did a great job and have been able to show themselves to millions of people. Anyway after the show I had hired a white long limo to take us to the afterparty at Hard Rock café. We had a lovely trip with champagne, of course, and arrived in style to the party after cruising Stockholm by night. This is truly a once in a lifetime moment and then you really need to do these things :-) We drank a lot, we chatted a lot, we had a great time while waiting for our guys in H.E.

H.E.A.T streamers in our municipality

Today I saw big streamers in 4 places in Upplands Väsby. It's in every entrance to Upplands Väsby from south to north from east to west. The local hairdresser has dedicated a whole window to H.E.A.T complete with guitar, the Globe and CD. Our local shop has also decorated the shop with posters of H.E.A.T. I'm moved by the dedication to them. The first streamer says: Congratulations H.E.A.T to a place in the final in the Globe The second says: The final countdown - H.E.A.T in the Globe and the third says: Don't go any further - go H.E.A.T (that is here) The fourth which I haven't taken a photo of says: Welcome H.E.A.T (here) Very witty! Earlier tonight I drove Jonas to Stockholm city and the Town hall (from where they broadcast the Nobel dinner every year). The town is giving a party to all participants in the Melodifestival there. I think they will have a rockn' roll time.

VOTE FOR H.E.A.T 099-230 04 OR TEXT: 04 TO 72211

I haven't written for a while since I managed to slip on an icespot last Thursday and fall so bad that I fractured a rib. I didn't realized what had happened until Saturday because I also hurt my shoulder and my knees in the fall and they hurt the most at the beginning. Saturday night Jonas, his girlfriend M and Dave from H.E.A.T was here for dinner. We had a very nice and relaxing time and after dinner, coffe and lots of talk and remembering I drove them home to Jonas place. On returning it suddenly felt like someone stuck a knife on the left side of my chest. It hurt so much I had trouble breathing. I couldn't cough and absolutely not laugh. And whenever I bent forward I had that knife there again. Despite that I drove up to Gavle on Sunday but I could only sit in one position. I first went to see S and L. L was home for a couple of hours from her job and had made coffe which was nice. I stayed for a couple of hours before going to G. I stayed the night at G's place a

Same starting number in the final for H.E.A.T

Last night the last 3 acts were selected for the big final in the Globe on Saturday. After that the starting number of each song were revealed. H.E.A.T got the same starting number as in Skelleftea which is good for us since the number already is in our cellphones :-) Maybe it's a good sign in other ways too. Last time it went well and we hope it does on Saturday too. We all have to keep our fingers crossed. Well, maybe not, we need to vote as well :-) Like the last time you in other countries will be able to see the final on web-tv so enjoy. You're welcome to share your thoughts with me afterwards. Well, not directly afterwards since we, the whole H.E.A.T entourage, will be going to a after party held by their manager, bookingagent and recordcompany. It will be awesome I think. Even if they don't win they have achieved a lot by participating in the Swedish Melodifestival. A lot of new gigs and more money (hopefully). But of course we do hope they win but there is some comp

Qigong and update

H told me this morning that it was a long time since I wrote anything in my blog. I said: So you read it then? Yes I go there every day he said. I didn't know that because he hasn't told me before. I then realized I hadn't written anything since last Thursday and it has happened a few things since then. Last weekend we went to our very good friend's house in Marsta where we met with our other friends that we travelled to Greece with. All in all we were 8 people having a wonderful dinner, not Greek oriented, but still. Champagne, of course, to start with. Then an entrée that was simply delicious, followed by a wonderful main course and a simply gorgeous dessert. After all that food we all went (except for K and B that didn't have a ticket) to a theater nearby to see the Train of life based on songs by Hasse och Tage. We were also served a flowery falusausage and beer (we could hardly eat it after all that good food). Very nice and entertaining a Saturday night. We we
